About Trillium Simulation
Trillium Simulation is a physician-led consulting practice that helps residency and fellowship programs build simulation education their own faculty can run and sustain.
It was founded by Siddarth Kathuria, MD, a triple board-certified intensivist and fellowship-trained simulation educator. Dr. Kathuria serves as physician director of simulation for a multi-hospital graduate medical education division spanning 8 hospitals, 56 ACGME-accredited programs, and approximately 800 trainees, where he built the simulation infrastructure from the ground up. He is also an associate program director and core faculty member, so he works inside the same constraints his clients face: limited faculty time, tight schedules, and rising accreditation expectations.
Most programs know what excellent simulation looks like but lack the time and dedicated expertise to build it. Trillium’s work is practical by design: clear cases, structured assessment tools, trained faculty, and workflows that keep running after the engagement ends.
