Who we are

At Trillium Physicians Consulting, we believe that simulation should be accessible, scalable, and transformative for every residency program. Founded by Siddarth Kathuria, MD, a Pulmonary and Critical Care physician and simulation leader, Trillium was built to bridge the gap between what programs are expected to deliver and the resources they have to make it happen.

Our team understands the realities of graduate medical education—tight schedules, limited faculty time, and increasing ACGME expectations. That’s why we create turnkey, physician-designed simulation curricula that are ready to implement, easy to sustain, and proven to enhance resident learning and patient safety.

We’ve developed simulation solutions for hospitals and programs across multiple specialties, integrating high-fidelity cases, procedural competency checklists, POCUS curricula, and faculty development workshops. Every resource we deliver is grounded in evidence-based education, real-world clinical insight, and a deep commitment to quality improvement.
