Founder

Siddarth Kathuria, MD is a board-certified Pulmonary and Critical Care physician, educator, and simulation leader. He completed his Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship—serving as Chief Fellow—at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He also completed a Fellowship in Medical Simulation at Mount Sinai Morningside and West in New York City.

Dr. Kathuria currently serves as Director of Simulation for HCA East Florida Division, He has led the development of multi-site simulation centers, designed division-wide procedural and ultrasound curricula, and built programs that strengthen patient safety and clinical excellence across multiple hospitals.

Through Trillium Simulation, Dr. Kathuria helps residency programs nationwide implement turnkey simulation curricula that empower faculty, engage learners, and elevate patient care.
